What We Cover

Our guarantee is for 10 years from the date the stonework was confirmed as completed. We guarantee:

1. Full Replacement: In the unlikely event of any of our stones coming away from the structure, we will fully replace as needed covering both the materials and the labour.

2. Adhesive Failure: Should the stone adhesive fail, we will rectify the issue promptly, renewing the adhesive and repairing the stonework at no additional cost to you.

3. Pointing Mortar: If there is a general failure of the pointing mortar, we will redo the pointing to make it right and restore the original quality of your stonework.

What’s Not Covered

As thorough as our guarantee is, it’s important to note that there are a few exceptions:

1. Subsidence: We cannot cover dislodgement of stonework caused by ground or building subsidence.

2. External Impacts: Our guarantee does not cover dislodgement of stones caused by the impact of any type of vehicle, or vibration from nearby roadworks, construction or tarmac work.

3. Discolouration: Over time, natural elements may cause discolouration of the stone. This is a natural process and is not covered by our guarantee.

4. Algae Build-up: Algae can occasionally build up on stone over time, especially in damp environments. This is also a natural occurrence and is not included within the scope of our guarantee.
